These tools should only be used for legitimate business purposes. Do not use Support Access for ongoing testing. We keep audit records for all member information that is viewed through Support Access.
Who Can Use These Tools?
A manager must request access for you by submitting the Security Group Access form found in the Technical Support Center (TSC) Self-Service tool, which can be accessed through My e-Work.
